self service on the internet has became quite popular over the recent years. buying clothes and doing your weekly shopping on the internet is a part of everyday life in 2013. people make full use of the internet and the advantages of shopping on-line. people don need shop assistants because they can individually find there own sizes.

    I agree with your point Joe however, despite the convenience of online shopping there is a risk that most if not all shops with have an online shopping feature that could unfortunately risk unemployment for a lot of shop workers.

    I also agree with your statement, and self service environments are allowing customers the independence to carry out their own shopping tasks. Online shopping is more convenient than having to go out and purchase the goods, as you are able to do it whenever you desire and it is delivered straight to you.
